The HIH centre management is a strong partners of property owners, taking care of any job associable with the management of shopping centres, retail parks and neighbourhood retail centres. Thanks to our presence on the ground in seven different German cities and a wide market network, we are close to the assets under our care and can thus ensure a high management quality. With a managed portfolio of more than 50 retail properties and our long-term experience, the HIH centre management makes sure that retail units are fit for the future. To this end, we closely monitor the evolving situation in the physical retail sector, major trends in gastronomy and extra services that sustainably enhance the quality of stay on the premises. Moreover, we ensure that the units are sustainably managed and thereby live up to the ESG philosophy.
If needed, HIH will also handle the lettings management of retail units on behalf of the owners. Our services are available individually or in bundles:
  • optimisation of the letting strategy via a modern mix of tenants and sectors
  • lease renewal business: Closing or renewing lease agreements, including contract negotiations
  • technical and commercial advisory and supervision of tenant improvements
  • developing alternative use concepts, which may even include extensive revitalisation projects

Exclusive Property Management

HIH controls and coordinates third-party property management service providers and ensures they deliver a high quality service. At the same time, we offer our own property management services for selected properties. Whenever third-party services are temporarily unavailable, the HIH Group is on hand to take up the slack. We will partly or fully handle the technical and commercial property management – and thereby ensure that everything on the premises works fine.
