HIH Centermanagement manages 50 retail properties of various sizes, employing specialised and experienced professionals. Our staff are well networked within the market and collaborate with established and certified service providers to ensure a high management quality and a quick response.

The Center Management will take care of any kind of service related to the management of shopping centres and the quality assurance and quality control of retail warehouse parks and local convenience centres. Its staff are always in close proximity to a given property and on the ground in Germany’s “Big Seven” cities.

Our Services include:

• Owner representation; tenant and customer servicing
• Controlling and supervising third-party real estate service providers
• Client analyses and competitive market analyses
• Enhancing and ensuring the quality of the tenant mix

• Repositioning and rolling out centres

HIH will also handle the lettings management of retail units on behalf of the owners, if needed. Our services include:
