We Create Sustainable Value-Added for Your Portfolio
The ESG theme has lately become one of the main value-determining factors for real estate. The sustainability management of HIH Real Estate helps us to prevent asset stranding and to implement dedicated measures intended to reduce the ecological footprint of our property holding while strengthening the positive social impact.
On the basis of a property screening and a scoring model, we will analyse all sustainability criteria, both for single properties and for entire portfolios. Based on the results, we will develop a uniform ESG strategy that covers both aspects – sustainability and profitability. Next, we will implement the strategy via value-added asset management and compare it to standard benchmarks.
