We concentrate on services and investment solutions involving real estate. Our ambition is to cover all aspects relevant to value creation in our business lines with in-house resources. We are convinced that excellence is impossible without specialisation. That is why we focus on regions and asset classes in which we remain permanently and systematically active.

We aim for fair long-term relationships with our clients and business partners. Our collaboration with them is defined by mutual respect and appreciation. Customer satisfaction is the touchstone of the success of our company and is our most important quality benchmark.

We see ourselves as a mid-market company that emphasises entrepreneurial continuity and keeps growing under its own steam. The purpose of growing is not to maximise short-term profits but to achieve the strategic long-term objectives of the company.

Profitability

Earnings ratios out of context and without taking account of the economic parameters are not a helpful tool in corporate governance. Depending on the operational risks and the necessary investment of capital, our business ventures should be profitable in the long term.
